Role of Town Manager

The Town Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Town, and oversight of the 5 municipal departments and their full-time employees. In addition to the responsibility of daily operations, the Town Manager coordinates the development and implementation of local policies and ordinances; interfaces with citizens and other government agencies; and develops the annual municipal budget.
