Elected to serve a four-year term as Mayor from 12/11/25 to 12/2027. He served as Alderman from 12/14/17 to 12/09/21. He was re-elected to serve a second four-year term from 12/09/21 to 12/11/25.
Personal Information
Mayor Dull grew up in High Point, NC and moved to Wilmington in 1987. He has been a permanent resident of Wrightsville Beach since 1988. He graduated from NC State University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He is the owner of McKinley Building Corporation. He served on the New Hanover County Planning Board (serving as Chairman for two years) and on the City of Wilmington Planning Commission (serving as Chairman for part of that time). He also maintains positions in many other civic, professional and religious organizations, including the Cape Fear Rotary Club. He is married to Vikki and they have 2 children. His favorite pastimes include boating and golfing.
