We do not have a set time of day for each street. Daily routes start at 7:00 a.m. and trash carts should be out at that time. Even if it seems the truck comes by at the same time of day, occasionally issues develop that cause a shift in schedules.
A new employee or route alteration may have missed you by accident.

Trash carts that are not deemed fixable will be replaced for a fee of $80.00 per cart. The fee is added to the next water, sewer, and trash bill.
There is a one time $80.00 trash cart fee for new cart service plus the residential trash cart fee of $24.50 per month or $49.00 per billing cycle. Example: If you currently have one cart and want an additional cart, there is an initial fee of $80.00 for the additional cart. The billing cycle fee for two carts will be $98.00 instead of the $49.00 for one cart. (Billing cycle is two months.)
Public Works no longer looks for lost trash carts. They are the responsibility of the owner. Serial numbers are not tracked. It's advised that cart owners write the cart serial numbers down for their records or write the address associated with the cart under the lid with permanent marker. Carts will be replaced for a fee of $80.00.
