What We Offer:
 Kids Run the Nation (KRTN)

Kids Run the Nation is a customized running program for youth, ages 4 to 14, infused with a healthy dose of FUN!  Each session, lead by Coach Billy Block and his team, includes specific goals to help our young athletes run with better form, run more comfortably and gain confidence in themselves and their athletic ability.  

Soccer Shots

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program with a focus on character development.  Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication.  Our coaches are the best-trained in the business.  Our  curriculum is expert-approved, age-appropriate, and aligns with childhood education standards.  Our communication is thorough, guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience. The soccer skills instruction program is for children ages 5-10 years old (K-5th grade). Pre-registration is required.
Soccer Shots Academy
Licensed and trained Soccer Shots coaches will provide a new, more intensive soccer training program for children who have aged out of our traditional Soccer Shots program and would like to grow their soccer skills. Curriculum will be similar in structure to Soccer Shots Cape Fear, but with more emphasis on personal development.  Training will include individual training and a weekly scrimmage.

Wrightsville Beach Lacrosse Club

The Ultimate Introduction to the Sport! Wrightsville Beach Lacrosse Club teaches basic lacrosse skills in a one-of-a-kind, unrivaled environment.  Wrightsville Beach Lacrosse Club is open to boys and girls that want to learn lacrosse. If you have equipment, please bring it, but we will have some available for use.
Scoopers, for ages 4 - 8, focuses on building player confidence through a unique curriculum that allows kids to be introduced to lacrosse in a fun, unique way.

IQ Academy, for youth ages 9 – 12, is the fundamental-level program for boys and girls who want to fine-tune their skills and elevate their game. Our professional, high-level coaches work directly with players through our carefully-designed curriculum to challenge all skill levels.  IQ Academy is designed to maximize quality reps. Players go through weekly sessions of fast-paced, high-energy drills, short lines and lots of small-sided games!

Tennis Lessons

Tennis Lessons are offered for youth ages 6 - 8 and 9 - 12 as well as for adults. Group Lessons meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at Wrightsville Beach Park. Lessons may be scheduled on other days based for your group of six or more. Private and semi-private Lessons are also available. Tennis Pro Jackie Jenkins has been a UKLTA registered coach since 1977. She has established a strong reputation as an effective teacher who gets results. New sessions starting soon.
Meyer's Modern Manners
Meyer's Modern Manners sessions are offered at the Wrightsville Beach Recreation Center. Meyer's Modern Manners is a fun, affordable cotillion program for youth. The weekly sessions include lessons in ballroom and popular dance along with invaluable etiquette and social skills needed for all occasions.  Pre-registration is required. 

Life Skills with Meyer's Modern Manners

Your child calling you bruh or boi? Table manners a little rusty? Conversation skills / cell phone etiquette non-existent? Would you like your children to learn the telephone, interview, and business etiquette skills to prepare and give them the confidence to succeed in whatever they choose to do? Then this is the class for you! We will be learning this, and so much more, about being a kind, inclusive, helpful family member / member of society in a fun, entertaining, and engaging way. Holiday Etiquette Party

Is it time for a little manners refresher? Your children will have fun and learn important life skills while you go out to dinner or shop for the holidays. This class will focus on ways to navigate the holiday season with style and grace.  Pre-registration is required. 

Performance Club

Come join the Performance Club at Wrightsville Beach. Performance Club is a tuition based theater-program led by L.J. Woodard. Each session ends with a live stage production at the Wrightsville Beach Amphitheater. No auditions are required. Performance Club meets on Thursdays and pre-registration is required.

TYL Basketball Preseason Prep

This basketball program is designed to help athletes improve their skills, basketball IQ, and their leadership ability, before the start of the basketball season. The Youth League (TYL) will specifically focus on the small details that make a young player successful.  Former college/pro athletes Cedric Baker Boney, owner of CB Fitness, and St. Marks Middle School Head Coach Josh Humphrey, owner of JAH Workouts, lead this basketball program. This program that consists of performance of various drills, games with plays designed for each player to execute. The Youth League Pre Season Prep is the place where your young athlete can improve his or her game in a fun and safe environment.  Pre-registration is required.

TYL Basketball Instructional League

Participants will learn the fundamentals of basketball (dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense) for the first part of the clinic. The second half of the clinic we will have controlled games or scrimmages to improve basketball IQ and awareness. We will have a championship game the last week of the program! Pre-registration is required.

TYL Flag Football for Youth

The purpose of the program is to teach the fundamentals of football while building the social and emotional well being of each participant. Participants will hone in on football fundamentals through agility drills, speed drills, skills training, and conditioning. Team building exercises are incorporated throughout the program to build and strengthen character, confidence, self-esteem, and a “team-first” attitude. Pre-registration is required.

CB Strength Training and Conditioning for Youth

The CB Strength Training and Conditioning for Youth program is offered to middle and high school athletes to help them stay in shape during the off season. Participants will be taught the proper form when it comes to speed and resistance training with an emphasis on injury prevention. This program is designed to help young athletes become quicker, stronger, and faster.
